At Claim Today Solicitors, we believe that your compensation claim is not the sole purpose of our assistance after you’ve suffered an injury. Rather, we look to ensure that you are on the road to recovery and are able to look to the future.
We are a personal injury firm that specialises in medical negligence and serious injury claims, and is nationally accredited for both client service and legal delivery in the field of personal injury, however, our care looks beyond that of your claim.
Our commitment to you can be seen through our tagline Claim Today, Plan for Tomorrow. Our expert team of personal injury solicitors look at ensuring that you are able to continue your life as able and as care-free as possible.
We will assess the impact of your medical care alongside your rehabilitation, equipment and house adjustments, and your long-term daily care needs to ensure that you receive full support with your claim. This includes provisions such as benefits, psychological and physical therapy, future care, mobility and living modifications, family support, and ongoing medical treatment.
In some cases, we are also able to offer claim advances up front in order to make necessary adjustments and medical support to ensure that you get the best support at a time that you need it most. Meaning that you can start looking forward to tomorrow, while you claim today.
Clock on to Safety
As a company, we decided back in 2013 that something needed to be done to combat the number of casualties from road traffic accidents. That led to the creation of our Clock on to Safety project with Birmingham City Council’s Road Safety Partnership.
We joined forces with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra to deliver a Road Safety Concert to over 3,000 school children, educating them on principles of road safety through music and interaction in a stage spectacular.
Our road safety projects have gone from strength to strength, and in 2015-16 we worked alongside our partners to foster greater involvement from local communities.
We teamed up with St Clare’s Primary School, working with a team of parents, teachers, and children, to produce another stage show, StreetWize. Clips from the filmed production will be made available to schools through an online platform as part of a pack of learning resources and lesson plans, so that workshops can be delivered in over 300 schools across Birmingham.
Today, we continue to work with Birmingham City Council to provide road safety workshops to local schools.
