Claim Today Solicitors are proud to be the first law firm to receive the government CSE award for exceptional client service. The prestigious Customer Service Excellence Standard was presented on behalf of the Government’s Cabinet Office in recognition of the firm’s continuous improvement in service and reliability.
The CSE award is only presented after a rigorous inspection of an organisations public facing processes and functions. The assessors were particularly impressed by the many ways DBS Law engages with clients: home visits, on line chats and virtual document signing are all provided in a range of languages.

The annual National CRS Awards recognises those organisations who have shown exceptional dedication to Corporate Social Responsibility across the year. In 2016 we have been shortlisted as finalists in the ‘Best Individual Community Project’ category for our dedication to road safety education and connecting the business and charitable sectors through DBS Heart. DBS Heart CIC is an initiative that grew out of our offices to become its own entity, launched in 2015, and has already raised thousands of pounds, and a great deal of awareness for small and national charities across the East and West Midlands. The work of DBS Heart comprises regular networking and awareness events, as well as a continuation of our popular road safety workshops and other safety initiatives in partnership with Birmingham City Council.
