I was 100% satisfied because I was communicated with well and the progression was very professional. I was very satisfied with the service and happy with the way the claim was dealt with, especially when Ravi came to visit theme everything was explained clearly and then I was re assured. The service I received from the company was very satisfying. Everything was good - and there are no improvements required. I Would very likely recommend CTS to family and friends because of the service received and the way my claim was dealt with.

I have used CTS before and was very satisfied with the service. I just emailed Ali Christy (who dealt with my claim before) and everything got started promptly. I have never had any problems. Both of my claims all went smoothly. I have heard of various scams. So would recommend CTS for an honest service.
The claim was quick and easy. At first I thought it would be confusing understanding your side and how it works but it wasn't; Louis was very responsive & explained everything in a simple way so I felt at ease. No legal jargon was used & I understood everything.
I didn't know how to claim, how long it would take but Jascaran explained everything. He was fantastic and really really helpful. The case was dealt with straight away and the only delays were due to me. I missed a few appointments but he always sorted this out for me. CTS did a brilliant job.
