Job Description: -
To visit clients across England and Wales at their home and undertake the following: -
• Provide advice to the clients
• Promote the company and inform clients about services that could suit them.
• Help the clients in completing the relevant forms and return those to the main office.
• Diarise all home visit appointments
• Working with team members

• Good communication and listening skills
• Good time keeping skills and target driven
• Good administration and I.T skills
• Good accuracy and attention to detail
Qualities: -
• Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu. (Business requirement)
• Clean UK Driving Licence required
• Preferably Level 2-3 NVQ/SVQ Customer Service qualified OR experience in a similar position
• Confident/Responsible
• Flexible
• Positive personality
